Initial Onboarding
Welcome to SOS
- Initial onboarding must be complete within 48 hours of accepting the job offer with SOS WAX. The job offer is rescinded unless onboarding is completed in its entirety.
- Your training schedule will not begin until all onboarding and Pre-Day 1 training is completed
- We highly recommend doing your onboarding and training from a computer or laptop
- If you experience problems viewing any form on the SOS WAX website, please clear your browser cache / cookies

6. Upload pictures or scans of Driver's License, Social Security Card and Esti License (if applicable). This uploads to a secure server at SOS WAX and is required by federal law and our payroll company. Acceptable file formats are .pdf, .jpeg or .png. If your upload isn't working. If you are having issues uploading the IDs to the website, please email them directly to soshr@soswaxlv.com.
If you do not have a Driver's License or Social Security Card there are alternate IDs that are allowed, please ask us.
All steps above must be completed before receiving access to the employee Portal
If you have any questions on any step above, please ask. If you do not do all of the steps, we will assume you are no longer interested in employment with SOS WAX.
Next step
Once you get the email giving you access to the employee portal. Navigate to the portal by scrolling to the very bottom of any page on the website. Click on SOS Employee Portal. Your next step is to complete the final pre-Day 1 items under the Pre-Day 1 button.
