Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to others, please be on time or call to see if we can provide service when you arrive. We will try our best to accommodate, but late arrivals will be treated like walk-ins and will be seen when we are able to.
Consent Forms
Consent Forms are required to be filled out by clients prior to appointment for all services performed by SOS Wax & Skincare employees.
Specials
Our deals are really good! We can’t allow discounts to be combined. Our maintenance wax program is highly discounted as a reward for our regular clients, however, additional discounts will not be honored(ex. Military discount).
SOS Wax & Skincare has the right to refuse service for actions we deem inappropriate, verbal or physical.
Criteria for REquiring Credit Cards
All Online Booking
All booking methods for services booked over $50
If you have previously No Showed an appointment at SOS WAX, we will require a CC to hold any future appointments.
CREDIT CARD HOLD FOR APPOINTMENTS
All online bookings and services over $50 require a credit card to hold the appointment as we often bring in additional estheticians for coverage. Your card will not be charged at booking. Our policy for the credit card hold appointment is:
No Shows
No-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the service value to the credit card used at booking.
Late Cancels
We require a minimum of 6-hours notice to cancel your scheduled appointment. A credit card is required to hold
your appointment. Late cancellations within 6-hours of your appointment will be charged 25% of the service
value scheduled to the credit card used at booking.

If you have any issues with our required use of credit cards to hold appointments, here are alternative options.
Prepay for your next appointment on location
Visit our location in-person and pay for your future service right there.
Walk-in
There are no guarantees on availability of appointments or esthetician requests
Buy Bundles
Maintenance Wax not for you? No problem! Purchase 4 of any one of our services offered with our bundle program and get the 5th service free! This option allows you to save money without a mandatory time restriction.
Maintenance Program Policies
SOS Wax & Skincare’s Maintenance Program is the best deal in town! Come back within four weeks and get a discounted price on some of our most popular services:

4 Week Period
The window for the maintenance pricing is four weeks from your last appointment of the same service regardless of the number of days in the month.
No Shows
If you do a NO SHOW for a maintenance wax appointment (regardless of the circumstance), you will be charged the full price for your next appointment. We reserve the right to require a credit card to hold all services for clients that repeatedly no show.
Esthetician Requests
There is no guarantee your requested esthetician will be available. If you go beyond the timeframe for your maintenance pricing to see a specific esthetician, you will pay full price for the service.
