Slide SOS Wax Policies LATE ARRIVALS 1. NO SHOWS 2. No shows will not get maintenance wax discount pricing on next visit (even within the window). The next service will be regular price. We reserve the right to require a credit card to hold all services for clients that repeatedly no show. Our deals are really good! We can’t allow discounts to be combined. Our maintenance wax program is highly discounted as a reward to our regular clients, however additional discounts will not be honored on a maintenance wax service (ex.military discount). SPECIALS As a courtesy to others, please be on time or call to see if we can provide service when you arrive. We will try our best to accommodate, but late arrivals must be treated as a walk-in and will be seen when we are able. 3.

Slide Credit Card Hold Appointments 1 No Show: Your card on file will be charged 50% of the regular priced services booked. Our longer services require a credit card to hold the appointment as we often bring in an additional esthetician for coverage. Your card will not be charged at booking. Our policy for the credit card hold appointments is: Cancellation within 6 hours of scheduled appointment time: A flat $25 will be charged, not to exceed 50% of the service fee. 2

If you do a NO SHOW for a Maintenance Wax appointment (regardless of the circumstances), You will be charged the full price on your next appointment. There is no guarantee your requested esthetician will be available. If you go beyond the timeframe for maintenance pricing to see a specific esthetician, you will pay full price for the service. SPECIALS The window for the Maintenance pricing is 4 weeks from your last appointment of the same service regardless of the number of days in the month. 3.
