    • The purpose of this read file is to clarify SOS WAX discounts. We strive for a simple system of discounts that are easily understood by both employees and clients.

    • Discounts cannot be combined. Maintenance prices, specials of the month, packages (like Get Ready for the Pool) are already discounted significantly. Under no circumstances, will there be combining of military discounts or any other discount to these prices. Give the client the most advantageous discount, but they only get 1 discount. For example, is the monthly deal better than military discount off the full price service? Front Desk make sure you discount only items that you are allowed to discount on a multi-service purchase. All discounts will be clearly annotated on the tracker. Repeated mistakes of unauthorized discounts may result in payroll deduction.

      • Military Discount. 10% discount of full price service and products. Client must show military ID. Dependent military ID is ok as well. Front Desk note the Military ID verified in Schedulicity notes so we don’t need to check it every time.

      • Lightning Deal (also called Fill My Book on Schedulicity). This is a randomly generated list of three discounted services that rotates weekly. The three services are different for each shop. This deal must be prepaid through Schedulicity by the client online. We will not give this deal in the shop. These deals have expiration dates set by Schedulicity that we aren’t able to change. The appointment will have a $ symbol and PAID on the Schedulicity appointment.

      • Birthday Reward. $5 off one visit during the month of their birthday. Front Desk verify ID. No free items ($3 exfoliating gloves for example). Client may receive the discount only one time during their birth month. Service must be for the person with the birthday and not transferred to another client. This $5 reward acts as cash and can even be applied to maintenance or packages.

      • Referrals. Clients receive $5 per referral for FULL PRICE paying clients. Unlimited referrals. There will be no referrals given out if the referred client uses Groupons or any other deal (it must be full price services). The referred client must say who referred them at checkout. The referral will be noted in the Schedulicity profile for the client that did the referring. They will receive $5 off their next appointment. This $5 is treated the same way as the Birthday Reward.

      • Friends and Family Discount. We are no longer offering this discount.

      • Employee Discounts. Employees receive 40% off all product purchases. As a benefit, we also allow employees to provide services for each other free of charge on a NON-INTERFERENCE basis. This means both employees MUST BE OFF THE CLOCK. Arrangements should be made to come in before or after your shifts. Employees providing services on each other will NEVER interfere with the business flow of paying clients. Paying clients ALWAYS have priority and will not be turned away.

      • Model Discount. If we are training a new esti. The trainer is authorized to give up to 20% discount on services that the trainee performs. This isn’t automatic. The trainer will attempt to see if the client doesn’t mind (most don’t) a trainee doing the work. If the client has issue, the trainer is authorized to offer up to a 20% discount. A Groupon will never be discounted in this manner. Retail will never be discounted for models. The trainer must be clear with the discount to the front desk prior to checkout to avoid unnecessary confusion.
